The retrospective exhibition of Hannah Wilke's almost 30 year long work, was its first major presentation in Europe. It consists of about 80 works: sculptures in clay, latex, chewing-gum and kneaded eraser, as well as photographs, sketches, water-colours and video. The controversial feminist exhibition took place in the 70’s and created an artistic expression based on Wilke's own (beautiful) body, with language interfering with the visual image.
